The Barn
Established as a wedding venue in late 2020, the past owners wanted to share their beautiful property with others as covid hit, they wanted to allow people to celebrate quietly but respectful of others. The new owners as of August 2022 bought the property and have put in substantial upgrades making the property more desirable and laid out for a wonderful event hall. Renaming the venue as Magnolia Creek Ranch many have loved the transition. Since it opened with no marketing for past year there are many great early 2023 dates still available. Who needs a long engagement. They can easily put a wedding together in just a couple weeks if necessary.
Malkingham, LLC partners, chose a more finished look and couples are appreciating the additions they have made. Striving for a classy and more couture wedding market the new owners have a delightful vision for building Princeton as a wonderful wedding destination, close enough to the city but far enough for the privacy desired. The clients and guests love the experience and expertise the staff brings to the table making their events run smoothly and without stress, attracting couples wanting the Texas charm in a barn or ranch wedding, but with a more urban chic touch for all to enjoy. The barn offers lots of options to dress it up or dress it down. It’s your day whatever you want we strive to please.

Dena Malasek
Co-Owner
Dena Malasek, comes with over 30+ years of wedding experience from Southern California, helping design and plan everything from small intimate events to large elaborately designed weddings, galas, fundraising or corporate events. She relocated to Texas in 2020, as Covid hit the wedding industry hard, especially in Southern California. With her business basically put on hold, she decided it was time to make a big move. Dena works directly with the couples to make their day uniquely theirs and you can feel her passion for weddings when you meet her. Now a successful DFW Realtor, she found the ranch showing it to a client who passed so she jumped on the opportunity. She loves sharing the excitement of home ownership with others and finding and selling homes and ranches. She finds it magical that her old life has converged with her new life of weddings, as the Co-Owner of Magnolia Creek Ranch. Her background and long treasured skill set makes it so comfortable for couples to benefit from her creativity, to build dream weddings at an affordable price with so much less stress. She resides in Frisco with her husband George who takes great pride in overseeing the landscaping maintenance duties of the ranch. You will likely meet Austin, their energetic and feisty pup, who loves to explore at the ranch and is often on site for tours.
Christine Crandal-Hamparyan

Christine Hamparyan, has an extensive background in property management and running Vacation Rental Properties. Along with her creative eye to decorate and make a house comfortable and homey she has a huge heart and service minded, she loves to take care of the guests and families that stay at the Farmhouse. A big niche to our wedding business MCR has become a favorite of couples to stay with their friends and families to take in the ranches beauty and not feel rushed. MCR also rents out the modern farmhouse without booked events through VRBO and Airbnb, make sure to check out the many 5 Star Reviews. She loves to see locals as well as out-of-staters come in and fall in love with the ranches charm and lovely hospitality she provides. A native of California, she too relocated to Texas several years ago and the two friends re-connected in the purchase of the ranch. She is also back into Real Estate here in Texas and focuses on vacation rental opportunities as well as developing her own portfolio of properties. She also lives in Frisco with her dog Henry.
