What’s Included:

  • 14 Hour VENUE RENTAL – Climate controlled all seasons barn, misters and additional fans included. Reception is Six
    Hours Max, due to Liquor Laws.
  • TWO Night STAY at the MCR Farmhouse, night before and night of your event, additional night(s) only $800/Per night.
    (10 AM check in/out).
  • Use of the Bridal Suite, day of wedding for Hair and Make-Up.
  • Use of the Grooms Den, day of wedding, for the guys to relax. Turns into Game room the remaining of your stay.
  • Ceremony turf grass area with choice of 5 different arches to choose from for ceremony along with 25 wooden benches
  • Catering for up to 100 guests, several food option available. Preferred Caterer or an outside approved catering company.
    Higher guest counts can be accommodated at $28-65 per person depending on Catering choice. (Catering Prices are
    subject to change based on catering vendor chosen and prices finalized up to 90 days prior to wedding, client to pay
    difference if necessary).
  • 2 MCR Servers are included with this package.
  • One MCR hired TABC Certified Bartender is included with AI Package- Clients will provide their own alcohol and
    beverages for event. MCR will provide Ice water, along with Lemonade or Ice Tea for AIl Inclusive events.
  • Security /Porter is included with this AI packages. Any “Add On” event with more than 50 persons requires a porter for
    the night.
  • Tables & Cross-back chairs (125 owned by MCR) setup as desired/layout best suited for your guest count 60″ Rounds, 4
    Farmhouse Tables and/ or 8 Ft Rectangle linens included for your tables.
  • Linens for the round tables (up to 13 included additional can add on with 10 color options).
  • Floral Package includes 1 brides bouquet + 3 Bridesmaid bouquets + 4 boutonnieres – (Upgradable for larger wedding
    parties or desired).
  • 2-3 Tier cake plus use of the dessert table (Upgrades optional) ( $75 for sample box to baker).
  • DJ Entertainment (In-house DJ contract).
  • Personal Custom LED Light Up Sign with your last name (Must order 2 months prior).
  • Market lights on both sides of venue, use of patio or deck areas to extend your events, also used for Rehearsal Dinners.
  • Decor-all in house décor use, we do a Decor and Design Meeting 90 days out from your event and includes MCR Set-
    up/Break down.
  • Gold or Silver charger plates, candles, belly bars, up lighting options, cocktail tables.
  • Use of Champagne Wall (You provide your choice of Champagne, delivered prior to event).
  • Use of MCR’s Photo Booth for event.
  • Site Manager for 10 Hours Arrives 3 hours before event.
  • Break Down and Final Clean-up Included.
  • Rehearsal Dinners space for 30 or less guests, no charge for RHD on patio or deck. For larger groups over 30 guests, an
    additional cost of $250 for a Site Manager, due to insurance requirements. Your Rehearsal Dinner is a DIY event. Full
    Service Rehearsals Available, priced by request. Rehearsal Dinners are normally four hours or less.
  • All Events end on or before 11 PM at MCR or Fee of $250/Hour or part of is charged to clients.
  • Clients Must provide Event Insurance along with FINAL COUNT two weeks prior to event.
  • We allow couples to remove up to TWO Outside Vendors and receive credit, please ask for the factor ($) number.
  • MCR does not require a Wedding Planner with the All Inclusive Packages, but we ALWAYS encourages you to Hire a Day
    of Coordinator to help with all the EXTRAS! A recommendation list can be provided, upon request.

What’s Included:

PKG NOW INCLUDES: 1 Site Manager – 1 Bartender – 2 Servers – 1 Security/Porter

  • Rental of the Event Venue 12 Hrs. + 2 Night Stay at Magnolia Creek Farmhouse (Sleeps up to 14-18 guests).
  • Enjoy the beauty of the ranch with family and guests a bit longer. Additional night stays prior to or after wedding for
    $800 per night, based on availability.
  • The use of MCR’s Round or Rectangular Tables and Cross Back Chairs set-up in layout decided upon. Max Capacity of
    140 for Indoor/ Outdoor Event. Includes use of the Sweetheart Table if Desired.
  • Venue use for 12 Hours on Friday or Saturdays Total – 5 Hours Pre-Event, up to 6 Hours Event + 1 Hour Clean up done
    by clients.
  • All amplified music must end by 11 PM. After Hours fee $250 per hour.
  • Site Manager will be on duty for 2 hours prior to start time until the close of the event.
  • All Clean up is done on the day/night of the event by couple unless Tear Down Service is added on prior to event.
  • Event Set up and Decorating other than tables and chairs is the responsibility of the Couple.
  • Limited In house Decor offered by MCR available with this Package. Will be set aside and client sets up, based on In-
    person /Zoom Meeting 90-120 Days Out from Event.
  • Clients will provide their own alcohol, TABC certified Bartenders hired through Venue, One included. Additional
    Bartender @ $350.
  • Open Vendor Policy, but must have business license and carry 2M Insurance. Use Your Own Vendors or our Preferred
    List.
  • Must Provide Event Insurance for time of stay and event at the MCR, see www.wedsure.com (Please list Magnolia
    Creek Ranch and Malkingham, LLC as Also insured).
  • This Weekend at the Ranch Package includes Cleaning Fee for the Farmhouse( $450) / Cleaning of Venue ($300).
  • Services MCR does not include in this package: Catering, Cups, Plates, Napkins, Cutlery, Ice, Cake, Florals, DJ
    Entertainment, Ambiance lighting, Video, Photobooth, Champagne wall, Photography, Hair and Make up, Officiant.
    Basically this is a DIY event.


WE ENCOURAGE ADD ONS for Weekend at the Ranch Couples:

  • Day of Coordinator- Ask for Referral List or Hire one on Your Own! ($900-2200).
  • Set Up/Break Down Service for $1000 otherwise, this is a complete DIY Package.
  • Rehearsal Dinner Night Before or We’re Hitched Brunch on Sunday, outside on Deck or Patio More than 30 guests fee
    $250 due to insurance. Full Service Rehearsal Dinners available ask for details on pricing.
  • Pets Allowed at MCR for a $100 per pet fee.
  • MCR has a list of other Airbnb / Vrbo homes in the area as well as several hotels. Ride shares, Lift and Uber come to
    MCR.

What’s Included:

  • Venue use for 12 Hours on Sunday,- Thursday Total – 5 Hours Pre-Event, up to 6 Hours Event + 1 Hour Clean up.
    No stay at the Farmhouse is included with this package.
  • The use of MCR’s Round or Rectangular Tables and Cross Back Chairs set-up in layout decided we provide to best
    fit your guests. MCR Seats 130 MAX for INDOOR Event and 160 for INDOOR/ OUTDOOR Event.
  • Use of Tables and Chairs, NO setup Included with Venue Rental Only. Limited in House Decor Available to Use.
    All other aspects are a DIY event.
  • You are responsible for Set up, Break Down and Clean Up at the end of event.
  • Amplified music must end by 11 PM. Extra Hours $350/Hr. and must be arranged in advance with management.
  • Weekday Events 10 Hour Package Option.
  • Micro Weddings/Events less than 25 persons at 60% of Current Rate, 4 Hrs Max Time Available Mid week only.
  • Additional ceremonies or events can be added on if staying at Farmhouse for Additional Costs. Less than 25
    persons $1000, more than 26-40 persons add $2500 per event, NO Exceptions. Any larger than 40 Require a MCR
    EVENT CONTRACT.
  • All areas must be fully cleaned up properly, or Cleaning Fee of $1000 will apply.
  • Site Manager will be on duty for 2 hours prior to start time until the close of the event.
  • Clients provide their own alcohol, but require TABC certified bartenders, hired by MCR at $350 Per Bartender. If
    alcohol is not being served, bar staffing cost is $300.
  • Clients to Provide their own Vendors that are licensed and Insured, proof of Insurance required.
  • Parking/ Security must also be hired thru venue, due to TABC Laws, the cost is $350.
  • An event insurance policy is required from WEDSURE.com listing Magnolia Creek Ranch and Malkingham, LLC as
    ALSO INSURED for the event, in case of damage or injury occurs.
