WEEKEND ALL- INCLUSIVES INCLUDE
→ 14 HOUR Venue Rental – Climate Controlled All Seasons
→ 2 night Stay at the Farmhouse, EARLY CHECK in or LATE CHECK OUT included if you book within 48 hours of your tour. Add’l Night $800/each.
→ Use of Bridal Suite Day of Wedding
→ Grooms Den/Game Room Use Day of Wedding
→ Ceremony Turf Grass area with choice of Arch for Ceremony along with 25 wooden benches
→ Floral Package (1 bridal bouquet + 3 Bridesmaid bouquets + 4 Boutineers- Upgradable Real or Wood Options Available.
→ Catering for up to 100 Guests, Multiple options of food choices ($28 Add on per person Over 100 count)
→ 2 Servers from MCR Staff to assist to keep things tidy.
→ Tables & Cross Back chairs setup as desired layout best suited for your guest count.
→ Linens for choice of Rounds or Rectangle Tables (10 color options)
→ 2 or 3 Tier Cake or Dessert Station
→ DJ Entertainment with Ceremony and Master of Ceremony (In-house DJ contract)
→ Personal Custom Light up sign with your Last Name (Must order 2 months prior)
→ Market Lights on Both Sides of Venue
→ Custom Bar Set up (All alcohol is provided by clients MCR will hire TABC bartender(s).
→ Décor- Use of In-house Décor, we do design meeting 60-90 days out from your event and create an order sheet.
→ Gold or Silver Charger Plates, Candles and Belly Bars and loads of great Decor
→ Use of Champagne Wall (You provide your choice of Champagne, delivered to venue).
→ Use of MCR’s Unique Photobooth for event.
→ Onsite Manager 3 Hours before event until close.
→ Day of Bridal Assistant (Arrives at Noon- Stays until send off)
→ Set Up and Break Down and Final Clean-up
→ Golf Cart Porter 5 hours
→ Security during event
→ Use of Venue for Engagement Photos
→ Optional Add On’s Available for Rehearsal Dinner at the Ranch ETC.
→Happy to provide a list of great Airbnb Accommodations and hotels in the area at your tour.
→Ask for our Vendors We Love List!
→We allow 2 items outside vendor services to be removed in the All Inclusive Package, ask what items can apply and the factoring amount.
