We pride ourselves on wanting unique and non-cookie cutter weddings, we want your event to feel uniquely you!
→ 2 NIGHT STAY at Magnolia Creek Farmhouse (Sleeps up to 18 guests) + Rental of the Event Venue- Set up for up to 100+/- Indoor & Outdoor Use
→ Includes 1 Bartender, Security and Porter plus 2 Servers are now part of this package
→ Use of Tables, Rounds, Rectangles, Farm Tables and Sweetheart Table and Cross Back Chairs for your event.
→ A large selection of In-House Decor may be used with this package at no additional cost. Five arches to choose from for your ceremony.
→ Use of Venue for your Event for 12 Hours, may decorate day before if desired, since you will be at the house.
→ Additional Use of the Deck and Ceremony area for Rehearsal Dinner or We’re Hitched Brunch on Sunday (Add $250+ for a Site Manager Fee depending on needs), bring in your own catering, or we can recommend great vendors for you!
→ Enjoy the beauty of the ranch with family and Guests a bit longer. Additional night stays on either side prior to or after wedding $800/night.
→ There will be a Site Manager included during your main event. One meeting prior is required to make everything in known about your event.→ ALL Alcohol will be provided by the couple or guests, MCR will hire a TABC Bartender and this service is included. Guests of MCR must follow all TABC Laws.
→ All events require an event insurance policy, approximate cost is $175 and $1000 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit is Required along with a signed waivers. Please list Magnolia Creek Ranch as ALSO Insured for the entire stay.
You Must Hire at Minimum a Month of Coordinator.
