→ Round or Rectangular Tables and Cross Back Chairs set up in one of the layouts we provide best to fit your guests (130 MAX).
→ Includes use of the Sweetheart Table if Desired in Layout.
→ Venue use for 10 Hours Total- 3 Hours Pre-Event + up to 6 Hours Event Itself + 1 Hour Clean up.
→ Site Manager will be on duty for 2 hours prior to start time until the close of the event.
→ Clients provide their own Alcohol (delivered to MCR). MCR hires TABC Bartender $350 (Add On). Security required by MCR $350. (Add On). Items required per TABC Laws.
→ A $1000 REFUNDABLE security Deposit is Required, as well as a WEDSURE event insurance policy, listing Magnolia Creek Ranch as ALSO Insured for the event.
