COST $5900/ Sat Events or HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
* $4900 Friday/Sundays * OTHER WEEKDAY EVENTS $4000 *
→ Round or Rectangular Tables and Cross Back Chairs set up in one of the layouts we provide best to fit your guests (130 MAX).
→ Includes use of the Sweetheart Table if Desired in Layout.
→ Venue use for 10 Hours Total- 3 Hours Pre-Event + up to 6 Hours Event Itself + 1 Hour Clean up.
→ Site Manager will be on duty for 2 hours prior to start time until the close of the event.
→ Any Alcohol package and Security must be purchased through the Venue partners due to TABC Laws.
→ A $1000 REFUNDABLE security Deposit is Required, as well as an Insurance Rider (easy to obtain) from your renters or homeowner policy, listing Magnolia Creek Ranch as ALSO Insured for the event.
